UMD Courses Taught:

AGNR 320 – Introduction to Geosciences Spring 2021, Spring 2022, Spring 2023

  • Under the geoscience topic, while making STEM learning meaningful and inspiring, will blend four disciplines. The inspiration will be drawn from real-life examples shared with students in the course that can be relatable to all students regardless of background. Each topic will contain a corresponding experiment/case study designed to guide the students through Identifying the issue and responsible parties, assessing the level of issue based on collected data (given), determining a method for remediation and/or removal, developing a community outreach component through science communication, and proposing an implementation plan for their remediation and/or removal design.

CHBE 333 – Chemical Engineering Seminar –  Spring 2021, Spring 2022

  • To develop oral communication skills through a series of class presentations of current chemical engineering topics.

CHBE 410 – Statistics And Design Of ExperimentsFall 2017, Spring 2018

  • An introduction to probability, statistics, and the design of experiments for chemical engineers.

CHBE 440 – Chemical Kinetics & Reactor Design Fall 2016

  • Fundamentals of chemical reaction kinetics and their application to the design and operation of chemical reactors. Reaction rate theory, homogeneous reactions and catalysis electrochemical reactions. Catalytic reactor design.

CHBE 472 – Control of Air Pollution Sources –  Spring 2018, Spring 2019, Fall 2019, Spring 2020, Fall 2020, Fall 2021, Fall 2022
