Recently, our lab published two journal papers. One in Journal of Controlled Release, titled “Real-time monitoring of micro-distribution of antibody-photon absorber conjugates during photoimmunotherapy in vivo” with our collabrators Dr. Kobayashi and his group in NIH. The other paper is called “Quantum Dot–Peptide–Fullerene Bioconjugates for Visualization of in Vitro and in Vivo Cellular Membrane Potential” and it is published in ACS Nano.
Congrats to Qinggong Tang for winning second place in the 2017 Dean’s Masters Research Award Competition. His work on “In Vivo Voltage-Sensitive Dye Imaging of Subcortical Brain Function” won him the award.
Dr.Chen and Dr. Babak Kateb recently released a booked published by CRC press, Neurophotonics and Brain Mapping .
We had a great month in February. Three papers were published this month,
High-dynamic-range fluorescence laminar optical tomography (HDR-FLOT) on Biomedical Optics Express, Planar implantable sensor for in vivo measurement of cellular oxygen metabolism in brain tissue on Journal of Neuroscience Methods, and Monitoring Kidney Microanatomy Changes During Ischemia-Reperfusion Process Using Texture Analysis of OCT Images on IEEE Photonics.
Qinggong Tang was published in Biomedical Optics Express:Depth-resolved imaging of colon tumor using optical coherence tomography and fluorescence laminar optical tomography. Thanks everyone for their hardwork!
