The MWRRC supports a number of summer graduate research fellowships every year. Any student enrolled in a water-resources related Master’s or Doctoral program in a Maryland institution of higher education is eligible to apply. Grad fellowships are funded through the Center’s 104(B) grant, and are subject to the same matching funds requirements ($2 non-federal match for every $1 in federal funds requested). As of 2016, the summer fellowship amount is $6,000. The Center prefers to remit the fellowship directly to the student, but we can work with the student, advisor, and department to make other arrangements, if necessary.

Fellowship recipients are required to submit a report. The following document provides guidelines.
