Pathways to Success Panel | Thursday, November 2nd @ 5pm
Join us for a panel on Zoom with the Feller Center, professors across the college, and alumni to talk about gap years, careers, and working after undergrad. This will be an opportunity to get advice from experts, ask any burning questions you have, and network with various alumni. Feel free to pop in! The interest form to submit your questions for our panelists is here. You will also be able to ask these questions directly to our panelists during the event.

Building a Restorative Campus | Tuesday, November 14th from 5:00pm – 7:00pm
The Dean’s Student Advisory Council in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences is working with the Justice & Legal Thought Scholars Program and MLAW programs to put together an event focused around Restorative Justice education. Other partners include BSOS TerrapinSTRONG, the Black Student Union-UMD Social Justice Alliance, and the Office of Multicultural Involvement & Community Advocacy (MICA). The event will feature two guest speakers from the D.C. Peace Team, Josh Bacon and Debra Budiani-Saberi, who will engage in an open discussion about restorative justice practices in classroom settings, across campus, and beyond. It will take place on November 14th, 5:00pm – 7:00pm, in the Atrium located in Stamp Student Union. All students and faculty members are welcome and encouraged to attend!
