Farmers and ag service providers are invited to learn about the latest research on planting green techniques and slug control methods.
Activities will include:
- Planting green demonstration
- Biomass and root sampling activities
- Soil pit investigation
- Slug scouting and control methods
- Single species and mixes, sandy and clayey soils
When: Thursday, May 9, 2024 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
*Field day will include coffee, light breakfast and lunch
