Parking
The Aphasia Research Center is within the Hearing and Speech Sciences Department in Lefrak Hall (Building # 038).
There is a designated gated parking lot ( Lot A) next to Lefrak Hall with reserved spaces marked ” Speech & Hearing Clients Only.” A parking permit will be mailed to you prior to your scheduled appointment date. You will also need a key pad gate code for Lot A, which will be provided to you 1-2 days prior to your scheduled appointment (since it frequently changes). If you reach the parking lot and do not have the key pad gate code, please call (301) 405-4218 or the Aphasia Lab (301)-405-2477.
IMPORTANT!! Please place your permit on your rear view mirror so that it is facing out of the windshield.
Once you have parked, Enter Lefrak on the left on the basement level (do not go up the stairs next to parking lot A). Go through the double doors and make the first right. The Aphasia Research Center (Room 0133) is the first door on your right, across from the lockers.
