The virtual fair will be held on the Handshake platform, so make sure to claim your profile today to prepare for the fair. The Virtual Career Fair, hosted by the University Career Center on Handshake, gives you the opportunity to meet recruiters and other employees through video sessions. You’ll learn more about employers hiring at UMD, and connect with companies that will want to hire you.

After you register to attend through Handshake:
1. Sign up for sessions now to secure your spot with employers you want to meet.
2. Make sure your graduation date, school year, major, GPA and work authorization are correct on your profile. Recruiters use profile information to invite students to 1:1 sessions.
3. Upload your updated resume to Your Documents and set it to visible for recruiters to review.
