About the position: 

Our project portfolio spans a broad range of areas from threatened species protection to remote sensing from space.  The ideal candidate would be an open-minded spatial thinker interested in exploring and solving challenging problems to enhance the health of our planet and people.  Familiarity with the ArcGIS Platform suite and scripting geo-processing in Python language are pluses.

What to expect: 

This internship will provide experience and exposure to advanced geoprocessing and analytic methods. Examples include spatiotemporal analysis, cluster analysis, entity identification and relationship network analysis, remote sensing classification and extraction, among others. The work conducted during this internship is directly applicable within industry, government, and non-profit organizations furthering geospatial science.

Location: Hybrid. Offering a mixture of remote and on campus work at Bedford, MA or McLean, VA.

Hours: 40 hours per week, timing flexible but being available 10am-4pm preferred.
