Kennedy Krieger is supportive, compassionate, and committed to taking an active part in helping its community’s youth become responsible, skilled, motivated, career-ready adults. Our goal is to hire high school or undergraduate college students seeking real life experience related to their career interests.

A flyer for the Summer Works Program at Kennedy Krieger. The top of the flyer features a purple header with the title "Summer Works Program" and the organization's name. Below, there is a section titled "Explore Careers. Gain Experience. Get Paid." The flyer outlines program details, including dates from May to September 2026 and pay rates of $15.00 to $16.00 per hour. Eligibility requirements state that applicants must be high school students (16+ years old, entering 11th or 12th grade) or college students (undergraduates not graduating in Spring/Summer 2026).

The program benefits include professional development training, work-based experience in chosen career paths, and networking opportunities.

A section titled "How to Apply" provides two steps:

Submit an interest form (open from September 2025 to January 2026).
If the form is missed, applicants can apply online starting April 1, 2026, at KennedyKrieger.org/Careers, searching for "Summer Works Staff."
A cautionary note states that positions are limited, with additional notes about participation limits and application guidelines.

At the bottom right, there is a QR code for completing the interest form and contact information for questions, encouraging applicants to use "Summer Works" in the subject line of emails. The flyer also includes a group photo of participants wearing matching shirts.
