The Fall 2024 Semester has begun! The first day of class was Monday, August 26th!
We’d like to welcome you! Whether you’re new to the University of Maryland or returning, we’re excited to see your smiling faces in our office!
The Feller Center in the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences is your co-located hub for academic advising and career planning services conveniently located in Tydings Hall.
The BSOS College has a dual advising model where students have access to any academic advisor in the College as well as in their individual departments and programs, so students are able to access integrated advising services in many places in the College.
The BSOS Advising Center is currently offering remote and in-person advising appointments on the following topics and more:
- Academic Planning
- BSOS Majors and Minors
- BSOS policies and procedures
- BSOS Plus One, LEP and General Education requirements
We also offer Drop-in advising sessions for quick student inquiries. These sessions will be available Monday through Friday starting Monday August 26th from 1pm to 3pm via zoom.
