Kesem is a national nonprofit working to help children through and beyond their parent’s cancer.  Kesem’s flagship program is a free, week-long, sleepaway summer camp that allows children to escape the stresses they are facing at home and have fun with a loving and supportive community. Interested UMD students are invited to apply to be counselors for our camp session in August.

Additionally, Kesem will be hosting their next two meetings on October 14th and November 11th also at 8:00 pm in Jiminez Hall 0220. If you are interested, stop by to hear more about the mission of Kesem.
