Texas A&M University-Central Texas (TAMUCT) is a public university in Killeen, Texas, near Fort Cavazos and the Austin area. It offers junior- and senior-level coursework leading to baccalaureate and graduate degrees. The student population at A&M-Central Texas is non-traditional and growing. TAMUCT is a Hispanic-serving institution (HSI) serving over 2,400 students. The TAMUCT Social Sciences department is interdisciplinary, with programs in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Political Science, Sociology, and Anthropology.
The Department of Social Sciences at Texas A&M University-Central Texas (TAMUCT) is seeking applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in our Criminal Justice undergraduate and graduate programs. Our program offers four degrees: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Criminal Justice, Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) in Criminal Justice, Master of Science (MS) in Criminal Justice, and Master of Science (MS) in Homeland Security. We are particularly interested in candidates who possess the ability to teach across various subfields within the discipline.
