Berkshire Hathaway Added Another $522 Million to its $25 Billion Stake in Bank of America
In a SEC Form 4 filing last evening, Berkshire Hathaway revealed that it added another $522 million for 21.2 million Bank of America shares July 28-30. Since July 20, Warren Buffett’s Berkshire has picked up 71.5 million shares for $1.7 billion, boosting its Bank of America stake from 10.9% to 11.8%.
