Berkshire Hathaway’s SEC Form 13F To Be Filed February 14 at 4 pm ET
Berkshire will be filing its 13F on Feb. 14 at 4 pm ET (its portfolio of U.S. stocks as of Dec. 31, 2023). It previously received “confidential treatment” on the purchase of equities. Its 10Q for Q3 indicated the purchase of $1.2 b of “banks, insurance, and finance” stocks. It is likely that the identity of the confidential purchase will be revealed along with other portfolio changes during Q4.
