After the market closed today, Berkshire Hathaway filed its SEC Form 13F.

This filing revealed the Berkshire’s “mystery” stock for which it received confidentiality treatment from the SEC during Q3 and Q4 2023:

Major Addition to Berkshire’s Portfolio

Chubb Ltd ($6.7 billion) representing 6.4% of the insurance company and becoming Berkshire’s 9th largest equity holding.
