I had a great time at the APS Global Physics Summit, giving my talk on Fourier analysis and Hamiltonian learning for extracting Fermi-Hubbard model parameters from atomistic electronic structure calculations of Si:P devices.

I participated in the 2023 Silicon Quantum Electronics Workshop in Kyoto, Japan, with a talk on the atomistic tight-binding Hartree-Fock electronic structure formalism for dopant arrays in silicon.  The full program is available here.

I am pleased to announce that I have been honored with the 2022 PML Distinguished Associate Award.

I spent ten days at the Institute of Physics at the Nicolaus Copernicus University, invited by Prof. Michał Zieliński, working and discussing joint efforts in the many-body theory of Si:P devices. I also was invited to participate in the “Nanoday meeting” (http://nanoday.fizyka.umk.pl/) with a talk.

Our paper describing GaSb band-structure models for electron density determinations from Raman measurements was accepted at J. Appl. Phys.

Viva las Vegas! I gave a talk on my recent results on SSH quantum simulations in P-doped silicon devices at the 2023 APS March meeting

My talk on the electronic structure of silicon nanostructures with a few phosphorus atoms, presented at the 2021 Silicon quantum electronics workshop, is available on Youtube at the following link: https://youtu.be/jv9b_gdJU3M

Participated virtually in the workshop in Nonequilibrium Phenomena, Nonadiabatic Dynamics and Spectroscopy in Telluride! with a talk on the electronic structure and transport in silicon nanostructures for quantum simulations and quantum computing

Excited to participate in the Second Colombian Meeting on Many-Body Quantum Simulations with a talk on quantum simulations with P-doped silicon nanostructures.

I will participate in the 2021 virtual APS march meeting and present our work on the electronic structure and transport properties of P-doped silicon nanotransistors. https://bit.ly/2N2e7aC

My presentation on the theory and simulation of silicon-based few atom transistors will be available on-demand at the upcoming virtual MRS spring/fall 2020 conference.
