We are heavily dedicated to understanding the role nanostructures can play in electrical energy storage, i.e. batteries and capacitors.  Specifically our research is centered around our DOE-sponsored Energy Frontier Research Center “Nanostructures for Electrical Energy Storage” – NEES.
