The Smith School will partner with A Wider Circle to hold an Elevator Pitch Workshop designed to help A Wider Circle participants practice their networking skills and personal branding pitch. As a Smith student, you will be paired with a participant from A Wider Circle, where you will use guiding questions (provided to you in advance) to help your participant craft and improve their elevator pitch, personal brand, and general networking skills. There will be a 20 minute group discussion and de-brief at the end.

There will be a break down the job search process that gives you actionable tips for grabbing the career you deserve—and how to succeed once you get there. The panel includes: Porter Braswell (Let Them See You), Katharine Brooks (What Color Is Your Parachute? Job-Hunter’s Workbook), Steve Dalton (The Job Closer), and Kirk Snyder (Finding Work You Love), in a panel discussion moderated by Antonio Neves (Stop Living on Autopilot).
