The Part-time MBA Association is excited to host a Social Series focused on virtual career networking. Virtual tables will be set up by industry. You will have the opportunity to walk the room and visit tables for each of those industries. Additionally, during the last thirty minutes there will be 1-on-1 speed networking. This event is open to all Part-time MBA, Online MBA, Executive MBA and Full-time MBA students.

Deloitte DatathonHosted by Smith Analytics Consortium

The Smith Analytics Consortium is hosting the second annual Datathon, a 2-week data-focused competition. Teams of 3-5 students will have an opportunity to use their problem solving, analytics, and data visualization skills to build a market entry business case for a renewable energy company in Maryland. Join the core consulting series on March 29th  March 31st and April 1st   to hone the skills needed to succeed in the Datathon and meet team members. 

Global Marketing Virtual Internship Program
Application Deadline: Friday, April 23, 2021 – Program dates, early June to early August, 2021
Trained students provide marketing and website globalization support. Students are advised and guided by Maryland Smith marketing faculty to ensure sound recommendations and quality work. Potential projects for students include: Website optimization for international eCommerce, website tracking and analytics, search engine optimization, website localization (creating or enhancing a website for a specific country), and global social media strategy and analysis.
