AMA Baltimore’s latest programming series, Link+Think, offers highly interactive, deep-dive workshop environments built around a common interest or topic. Each Link+Think community draws a diverse mix of marketers who challenge the status quo across industry verticals and disciplines. These series provide marketers the opportunity to connect with creative and innovative professionals to discuss marketing challenges, new trends, best practices, and more. Our Link+Think series is all about making connections and providing an environment for marketers to learn and grow — both at the event and beyond.
With a focus on female marketers, this Link+Think addresses the unique challenges that women in the industry face, including gender inequity, demanding schedules both at work and at home, and less opportunity to advance to professional leadership positions. Topics will include managing a successful work-life balance, navigating through difficult conversations because of your gender, finding mentors or sponsors at your workplace, proving your worth, and getting a seat at the table. Target attendees include mid-level female marketers.
