The pledging process takes place after rushing and begins with induction. The pledging process typically lasts 8 to 9 weeks during which pledges learn fraternal history and are required to complete service and fundraising events. Central to the pledge process is fraternal bonding, as such we encourage pledges to participate in our social events (like pumpkin picking or hiking).
