As a professional chemistry fraternity, we strive for the advancement of chemistry as a science and as a profession. In this mission, we organize many outreach activities including tutoring, undergraduate research showcase, faculty breakfasts, and “lunch with a lecture.” The ladder two events are aimed at networking our students with faculty in the chemistry and biochemistry department. This has helped us to build a more personal relationship with many faulty in the department and help students find suitable research labs for their interests.
