As a facilitator, you’ll:

 Lead experiential activities and discussions

 Develop essential facilitation and public speaking skills

 Build a strong community of leaders

 Gain 1:1 leadership coaching and professional development

 Be a valued part of a historic leadership education program

Facilitators support the Terrapin Leadership Institute (TLI) (a 6-week workshop series) and the Maryland Leadership Conference (a one-day leadership experience). No prior participation required—just a passion for leadership!
