Victim Services Administrative Coordinatortime type: Full timeend date: October 17, 2025job requisition id: R0014230 JOB SUMMARYThe Victim Services Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing support to MONSE’s Victim Services team in its day-to-day operations and across its collective portfolio of initiatives, projects and programming. The Coordinator works directly with agency associates, community-based providers and families to provide administrative relief related to intimate partner violence (IPV) prevention, anti-human trafficking, sexual assault and gun violence response efforts for victims. The Coordinator will also support the operational needs of the Baltimore City Visitation Center, which provides a safe location for child visitation and exchange services between parents. This position requires strong alignment with MONSE’s mission, values, and strategic vision in addition to the ability to identify administrative efficiencies and opportunities to improve overall effectiveness. This role is critical in MONSE’s work to redefine victim services and cultivate solutions that are geographically appropriate, trauma-responsive, culturally-informed and survivor-driven. The successful candidate will achieve service level objectives in a manner that demonstrates quality, resourcefulness and enthusiasm. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSCompiles and reports (recurring and as requested) data for the study and analyses of all victim services programs and procedures to identify areas for improvement.Reviews, corrects and creates Victim Services standard operating procedures (SOPs).Measures and evaluates the effectiveness of SOPs for Victim Service programs including personnel-related procedures.Collects, compiles, and organizes data pertinent to process evaluation and grant reporting.Consults with the Chief of Victim Services to identify performance trends, gaps, and needs.Responsible for making recommendations for improvement to the Chief of Victim Services.Analyzes workflow processes for Victim Services programs.Prepares victim data related reports to help with efficiency of Victim Services programs. |
