AI Forum
On Dec. 9 we’re co-hosting, led by Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, an AI forum for business leaders and executives. While they are the primary audience for this event, students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend to gain exposure to AI and how businesses are including AI into their workflows. It will also be a good opportunity for students to build their professional networks. This event is free for students. They can learn more and register here.

Winter Break AI Certificate Courses
Two AI certificate courses are available to students during winter break. We encourage staff and faculty to promote this directly to students. A flyer is attached with details.
1. AI Essentials: A beginner-friendly course that introduces essential AI concepts, applications, and ethical considerations.
2. Prompting Essentials: A hands-on, project-based course designed for individuals with some background in coding or data.
Student enrollment for the winter break offerings is open now! Students must complete the certificates over winter break, from Dec. 15, 2025 through Jan. 30, 2026.
