The U.S. Secret Service (USSS), Recruitment Division and Washington Field Office (WFO), is excited to announce the USSS Recruiting Initiative Event. Review event details.

Attend to learn about career opportunities in the U.S. Secret Service, engage in Q&A sessions, and apply for active job announcements. Select applicants can receive an exclusive invitation to future Accelerated Candidate Events (ACE), which will reduce the application process by 120 days. Resources for federal resume formatting and assistance with the application process will be available upon request. Learn about career paths in protective services and investigations. Network with current agents and recruiters.

This event is designed for UMD students and graduates:

  • College seniors graduating within the next six months who are at least 21 years old.
  • Working professionals:
    • Police Officer/Uniform Division – With a high school diploma or certificate of equivalency 
    • Special Agent: A degree OR at least one year of prior law enforcement experience 

On-the-Spot Applications:
Participants interested in applying during the event should bring a resume and valid ID to expedite the process.
