Berkshire Reduces Stake in Bank of New York Mellon
In an SEC Form 4 filing after the market closed today, Berkshire Hathaway reported a 1% reduction in its stake in Bank of New York Mellon (NYSE:BK). The sale of 869,000 shares ($30 million) took place on April 7 and April 8 at about $35 per share. Berkshire currently owns 88 million shares, or a 9% stake in BK.
