Berkshire Hathaway Has 30% Stake in Occidental Petroleum
Occidental Petroleum’s 2023 Proxy Statement states:
As of March 10, 2023 Berkshire owned 28.9% of its common stock (assuming warrants exercised).
(Note: As a result of subsequent purchases of Occidental’s common shares on March 13, 23 and 27, Berkshire’s stake is now 30.1%.)
