Berkshire Hathaway filed its SEC Form 13F for December 31, 2022 after the market closed today.

The major changes were:

Reductions in Stakes:

(1) Taiwan Semiconductor  (-$4 billion) (-86% of stake)

(2) U.S. Bancorp (-$3 billion) (-91% of stake)

(3) Bank of New York Mellon (-$1.5 billion) (-60% of stake)

(4) Activision Blizzard (-$500 million) (-12% of stake)
