Goodbye, My Love

On the long trip home I stayed busy reminiscing about my trip. Just long enough where I had enough time to do everything I wanted to do, but not too long to where I got homesick. The welcome home was met with a million questions of everything that I had done, but all I wanted to do was sleep. I powered through the exhaustion to make sure I saw everyone that I had missed so much. It seemed that everyone I saw all had the same question, “What was your favorite thing that you did?” This was a lot harder to answer than I would have thought because my trip was full of so many rich memories, and so many people that made them great. It would take a lot more than a short answer to explain how amazing my time was. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity, and only can be understood if one were to explain it themselves.

I had the unique opportunity of continuing my work, so a week later I was off to New York City with my boss, Yumi to attend meetings and photoshoots for Nita Suri; and oh, did we have a blast! Having my boss from Spain with me made the transition back to America easier, because she was there with me. My trip is something that I never want to forget, and I never will.
