Peru, an amazing food culture

Prior to travel to Peru for my study abroad experience, I never cooked before in my life, and for the first day of the program, I found myself installed on a kitchen helping preparing some local dishes such as Lucuma Peru, Lomo Saltado and beef. This amazing was amazing as I tasted for the first time a meal that I actually helping prepared.I It amazed me a lot how proud the Peruvians  are about their culture especially their food, and how their cuisine is highly influenced by the Japanese, which I found really interesting. I never thought that Japan has such huge influence on a Latin Culture. Being able to taste those raw fish and well prepared food without forgetting helping made some of them  was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish forever. I was able to cook beef while making fire for the first time in my life, this video was hilarious, the best one in my life so far.
