The WWII Nurses CGM Coalition is currently leading the campaign for passing the WWII Nurses Congressional Gold Medal Act (S.2195, H.R.4901), seeking recognition for all nurses who served in the Army and Navy Corps during WWII. Apply for this internship to become a crucial voice in communicating with your local legislators in the Congress and the Senate, distinguished community leaders, and some of the nation’s most prominent leaders in office.
Eligibility:
- Both undergraduate and graduate students (all majors/programs) welcome
- Experience and/or interest in NGO work, advocacy, policy, or project coordination preferred
- Currently accepting applications for Spring 2026

- Internships are flexible and remote (3-10 hours/week; students looking for 3 credits would need to aim for the upper end of that time per week).
