Alternative Breaks (AB) are week-long service-learning immersion experiences during the university’s Winter, and Spring breaks that address social issues in local, national, and international communities. Students can lead or participate in the experiences, and there are mentoring opportunities for faculty & staff. We have 10 different experiences this year, ranging from social issues such as housing insecurity to environmental sustainability. Find something you are passionate about and make a difference.
