The Center for Democracy and Civic Engagement (CDCE) invites you to a conversation with Dr. Casey Burgat, GVPT PhD alum and author of “We Hold These ‘Truths’: How to Spot the Myths that Are Holding America Back.” Dr. Burgat will discuss the myths shaping American politics and what it means to reclaim truth in a post-trust era.

This event will take place on Wednesday, April 30, from 12:30 – 1:30 PM in 2113 Chincoteague Hall.
