Applications are now open for the 2025-27 Postdoctoral Fellowship in Technology and International Security at the University of California Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation (IGCC). 

IGCC, together with the UC-managed National Laboratories: the Center for Global Security Research at the Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) and the National Security and International Studies Office at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), are pleased to invite applications for up to six (6) postdoctoral fellowship positions in Technology and International Security.

Key Information:

  • Application Deadline: January 3, 2025
  • Location: The fellowship program is based in Washington, D.C. in the IGCC offices at the UC Washington Center
  • Duration: 24-month term in line with the 2025-26 and 2026-27 academic years. Applicants who can participate for only 12-months in line with the 2025-26 academic year should also apply.
  • Competitive salary with benefits and a modest research/travel budget.
